JOB DETAILS:

Controller is responsible for leading and coordinating a dynamic control room team to ensure the highest levels of operational efficiency and client satisfaction in alignment with company policy. This role is pivotal in fostering team unity and motivation, with a focus on business retention, new business development, and maintaining excellent client relationships through regular liaison

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor Security Systems: Continuously monitor surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems to detect and respond to security breaches or unusual activities.
Monitoring Patrols: Ensuring that  supervisors submit the daily patrol documents  to control room. Monitor onsite Patrols.
Coverage: Conduct a daily  coverage of all officers on site, drivers and area supervisors and share the information with the clerks
Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms and security alerts, assess situations, and take appropriate actions, such as contacting law enforcement or dispatching on-site security personnel.
Emergency Coordination: Coordinate emergency responses, including fire, medical, and security incidents, by communicating with first responders, employees, and management as required.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of security events, incidents, and actions taken during shifts, ensuring
Ensure daily reports are sent out on the following:

• Daily Alarm Activations
• Daily Mechanical Status
• Daily FTT’s
• Daily CNE status
• NCC Controller Response Times
• Vehicle Response Daily Statistics
• Daily General Incidents (Centralised OB and Alarms)
• MRT Fleet Movement Reports
• Daily update on any MRT illegal (unauthorised) movements
• labour numbers
• coverage times
• patrol and supervisor exceptions
• compliance with established protocols.

Communication: Maintain clear and concise communication with security personnel, management, and external agencies , providing updates on security incidents and ongoing activities.

Educational Background:
Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent.

Professional Experience:
Minimum five (3) years of operational experience  as a Controller,  in a security organization.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
