JOB DETAILS:
Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with expertise in real estate transactions? Broadleaf Urban Properties is looking for a Conveyancing Officer to join our team and ensure smooth property transfers for our valued clients.
Location: Head Office, Lusaka
Application Deadline: 31st March 2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and process legal documents related to property transactions
• Conduct due diligence on property titles and ownership verification
• Liaise with clients, legal bodies, and government authorities for seamless conveyancing
• Handle property registrations, transfers, and title deed processing
• Provide legal guidance on land acquisition and property laws
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and legal paperwork

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in conveyancing or property law
• Strong knowledge of Zambian real estate laws and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
