Legal & Corporate Advisory

Simeza | Sangwa & Associates is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join its legal practice.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced Advocate with strong corporate, commercial and regulatory legal advisory capabilities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years' post-admission experience as an Advocate.
• Experience as in-house legal counsel or providing dedicated in-house legal advisory services.
• Experience in the energy, petroleum, downstream oil & gas sector is an added advantage.
• Strong ability to advise on commercial, corporate and regulatory legal matters.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong legal judgment, commercial awareness, professional independence and the ability to provide practical legal advice while working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
