CREATIVE DESIGNER / VISUAL EXECUTION LEAD

NTEMBA24 is seeking a highly creative, organised, and detail-oriented Creative Designer / Visual Execution Lead to join our Brand & Creative Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design campaign posters, banners, promotional materials, and digital marketing creatives.
• Prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork and files for production.
• Create store signage, price tags, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and other in-store visual communication.
• Develop packaging artwork, product catalogues, lookbooks, and other branded materials.
• Adapt designs across multiple formats, platforms, and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
• Ensure all creative work complies with NTEMBA24 brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Maintain organised design files, templates, and digital asset libraries.
• Work closely with the Brand Strategy & Development Lead and Marketing Team to execute campaign concepts.
• Manage multiple creative projects and deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, creative design, or retail marketing design.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design software.
• Good understanding of print production, typography, layout, and visual design principles.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into effective visual communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in packaging, fashion, retail, or consumer brand design will be an added advantage.
