Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Credit Analyst & Administration Officer to support credit assessment, loan administration, and documentation processes. The role involves evaluating credit applications, managing loan documentation, ensuring compliance, and supporting credit committee operations.

Key Responsibilities

Credit Analysis & SME Lending

  • Analyze credit applications and make recommendations in line with credit policy.
  • Monitor application volumes, approval rates, and default risks.

Loan Administration & Documentation

  • Ensure security perfection for all approved facilities.
  • Maintain custody of security documents and all loan files.
  • Manage loan file archiving in line with internal policies and audit requirements.
  • Handle client refunds and loan foreclosures accurately and efficiently.

Committee & Reporting Support

  • Act as MCC (Management Credit Committee) Secretary, including preparing minutes and documentation.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators such as:
    • Receipting approval turnaround time
    • Approval rate
    • Application volume
    • Default rate of approved credits
    • Credit utilization ratio
    • Customer satisfaction score
    • Compliance rate

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in credit analysis and loan administration.
  • Experience in SME lending is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial analysis.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and financial assessment skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and document management skills
  • Strong communication and report-writing abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
