JOB DETAILS:
An established Microfinance Institution with close to 10 years operational history in Zambia is looking for a talented, strong willed and determined young college graduate / diploma holder for an entry level position as a Credit Service Officer

In this role you will be involved:
Client Interaction
• Meeting and greeting clients and prospective clients
• Providing full information and guidance on all products to clients
Client Accounts
• Manage client accounts and update client information
• Carry out due diligence on clients and Credit analysis
• Produce legal documents for clients
Billing and Collections
• Daily communication with clients with regards to due invoices or due to business appraisals
Payment Processing
• Produce client reports and financial statements periodically

We’re looking for:
• A College diploma in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, IT, Mathematics or equivalent
• Recent experience in finance or Sales is necessary
• Key skill: Must be strong willed, determined and resourceful in collecting payments from clients
• Must be analytical with a strong attention to detail
• Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be competent with Microsoft Word or Excel. Advanced Excel skills would be ideal

Location:
Interviews to be conducted in Lusaka but the position will be based in Ndola / Kitwe
