JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research and experiments to improve crop yield, quality, and resilience.
• Develop and implement innovative farming techniques and technologies.
• Analyze soil, water, and crop samples to provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to address agricultural challenges.
• Prepare detailed reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in crop science and agricultural practices.

Requirements:
• A degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in crop research, farming, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of crop management, soil science, and pest control.
• Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must provide two or more professional references.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with precision agriculture tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and climate-resilient crops.
• Familiarity with local agricultural conditions and challenges.
