EQWPE is a growing garment manufacturing company focused on building strong internal systems, consistent sizing, and efficient production processes. We specialize in uniform production and are strengthening our operations team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Cutting & Bundling Supervisor to oversee fabric cutting and bundle preparation for production. The role ensures that all garments are cut correctly, bundled accurately, and delivered to production in line with the production plan.

This role is critical in ensuring that production lines receive the correct materials on time and without errors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise fabric cutting operations
  • Supervise bundling process (5-piece bundle system)
  • Ensure all garments are cut according to markers and specifications
  • Ensure bundles are: complete, accurate, properly labeled
  • Ensure correct size separation and grouping
  • Oversee attachment of: size labels, bundle tickets
  • Execute cut plans issued by Product Development
  • Monitor cutting output to meet production requirements
  • Coordinate with: Product Development, Technical Documentation Officer, Production team
  • Maintain basic records and track quantities using simple computer tools

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience in garment cutting, tailoring, or production
  • Good understanding of garment components and sizes
  • Ability to read and follow instructions and measurements
  • Basic numeracy skills (counting, quantities, sizes)
  • Must be computer literate (this is important)
  • Ability to supervise a small team

Added Advantage

  • Experience in a garment factory environment
  • Experience supervising a team
  • Knowledge of marker usage or cutting layouts

Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership and supervision ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills

Work Structure

Reports to Product Development Department

Works closely with: Pattern Makers, Technical Documentation Officer, Production Supervisors

Supervises: Bundlers, Cutters
