JOB ADVERTISEMENT

Chilanga Town Council through the Human Resource Management invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the position of Data Entry Clerk (2/Ward) under the revised Cash for Work Program for 6 Months on contract basis.

JOB PURPOSE

To capture, enter and clean data for those engaged to work under Cash for Work Programme in wards of Chilanga District.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Capture, Compile and verify data for beneficiaries to ensure correctness and completeness
  • Assisting in maintaining proper records and documentation
  • Reporting programme implementation through accurate data management
  • Reporting any inconsistency or cases of duplication in beneficiary records.
  • Encoding and uploading of data to the central depository
  • Verify works done by beneficiaries using the R-CFW APPLICATIONS AND
  • Safeguard the Confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of all data collected

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

  • Strong interpersonal and writing communication skills
  • Effective oral communication skills
  • Honest, self-driven and motivated
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative and innovative
  • Must be of sober mind, high integrity and professionalism
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Proficient in English and the local Language

MAIN REQUIREMENTS

  1. Grade 12 Certificate
  2. Must possess basic Computer skills
  3. Must be a resident of a particular ward in Chilanga District
  4. Must be able to communicate in English and local language
  5. Must be between 18 and 35 years of age
  6. Must be able to work under minimal supervision
