JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for individuals to work as Casino Dealers who will be responsible for operating table games such as Blackjack, Roulette, and Poker, baccarat etc in a casino. They must interacting with customers, manage chips and money, and ensure that all casino rules are followed. Casino Dealers must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Role Purpose
The purpose of a casino dealer is to provide patrons with an enjoyable and exciting gaming experience. The dealer is responsible for operating the gaming tables, dealing cards, and paying out winnings according to the established rules and procedures. Additionally, dealers must ensure that the casino follows gaming regulations and ensure the accuracy of all transactions. Casino dealers must possess excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge of the rules and regulations of the game being dealt

Responsibilities
• Operate gambling tables and games such as blackjack, roulette, keno, baccarat, etc.
• Ensure the rules of the game and house are being followed
• Determine winners, pay out winning bets and collect losing bets

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Basic mathematical skills
• Manual dexterity is required
• Good customer service skills
• Good communication skills
• Cash handling experience is a requirement
• Knowledge of various casino games is a requirement
