JOB DETAILS:

Requirements:
Education:
• G12 Certificate
• Diploma or higher in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience:
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in debt collection.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to research and recover financial information effectively.
• Strong patience and persistence in challenging situations.
• Understanding of regulations and laws related to debt collection.
• Effective time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in stressful situations.

Remuneration:
• Competitive salary between K5,000 and K10,000, depending on experience.

Deadline:
