JOB DETAILS:

Umoyo Natural Health is seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Rider / Motorbike Operator to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and professional delivery of online orders and stock transfers, while ensuring excellent customer service and upholding the company’s brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect packages from various addresses as assigned.
• Confirm order accuracy and ensure items are in saleable condition before delivery.
• Maintain an accurate delivery log and submit reports as required.
• Follow assigned delivery routes and ensure timely drop-offs.
• Maintain good communication with customers and provide professional service.
• Assist in stock transfers between the warehouse and retail locations.
• Support the sales and logistics teams with other assigned duties.
• Conduct daily motorbike inspections and ensure vehicle cleanliness.
• Monitor and schedule regular servicing of the motorbike.
• Ensure all motorbike documentation (road tax, insurance, fitness) is valid.
• Comply with all road safety and traffic regulations.
• Promptly report any mechanical issues or delivery delays.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.
• Valid motorcycle operator’s license (required); additional vehicle licenses are an advantage.
• Minimum of a Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Solid geographical knowledge of Lusaka and surrounding areas.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• General mechanical awareness.
