Job Opportunity: Depot Supervisors Wanted (Outside Lusaka)
Company: Delisha Investments Limited
Locations: Kabwe, Kapiri, Ndola, Kitwe, Solwezi, Chililabombwe, Chingola, Mufulira, Luanshya, Serenje, and Mkushi.
Delisha Investments Limited is seeking experienced and motivated Depot Supervisors to oversee operations in various towns outside Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily depot operations including sales, customer service, and cash handling
- Maintain accurate records and generate daily sales reports
- Ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery
- Support sales growth and ensure depot profitability
Requirements:
- Minimum of a certificate Management studies or related course
- Must have a full grade 12 certificate
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong background in sales, customer handling, and cash management with a proven track record
- Basic computer literacy (Excel/report generation is a must)
- Prior experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) will be an added advantage
Compensation:
- Competitive salary
