JOB DETAILS:
Aptitude Testing and Interviewing for Digital Sales Promoters (DSAs) in Kafue, Siavonga, and Chirundu Districts
Laura & Partners Consulting Limited (LPCL) will, from time to time, be conducting aptitude tests and interviews in order to identify competent Grade 12 School Leavers who can be employed as Digital Sales Agents (DSAs) in Kafue, Siavonga and Chirundu towns of Zambia. This is in order for LPCL to promote banking services and products in each of the respective towns. The aptitude testing for each of the towns will be conducted in each of the towns at dates that will be announced at intervals.

Job Summary:
Successful candidates will be employed as DSAs, reporting individually and severally to the Managing Partner, through the Project Manager. Each DSA will be responsible for opening a number of accounts per month in any of the above towns, according to defined quality criteria. Accounts will be opened on a daily basis.

Key Attributes and Skills of DSAs
1. Applicants must be domiciled in the town of choice (i.e. must be resident in Kafue, Siavonga, or Chirundu);
2. Proven personal integrity to work;
3. Ability and temperament to work with details and time pressure;
4. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly both in English and in primary local languages of the town of choice (i.e. Chitonga, Chinyanja, Goba, etc.);
5. Ability to originate quality customers (i.e. find quality customers);
6. A passion for interacting with various classes of people;
7. Demonstrable skills to use a smart phone to plan, manage, and coordinate multiple activities over a sustained period of time.

Qualifications & Experience
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Proven experience of networking and interpersonal skills to convince potential customers;
3. Proven experience of working with difficult customers;
4. Prior experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
