Altus Financial Services is a registered Financial Services Company providing short to medium term financing to Individuals, Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) in Zambia. We are currently looking for Direct sales agents to market. We seek to become a leading provider of microfinance in Zambia. In order to achieve this and to respond to our growing market with the required Human Capital, we are currently looking to recruit self-motivated, highly driven, enthusiastic, energetic and innovative individuals to fill the position of DIRECT SALES AGENTS
JOB DESCRIPTION
* To market and sell payroll loans (GRZ, ZAF AND ZAMBIA ARMY)
* Preliminary assessment of client affordability.
* Collecting and submitting KYC documents for loan processing
* Assisting clients sign loan agreements
* Submitting original documents to respective branches
* Market the company to potential clients
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
* Able to generate sales.
* Great Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Self-Motivated
* Confident and Creative
* Able to work in a fast-paced competitive environment
* Able to work under minimal supervision
QUALIFICATIONS
* Grade 12 Certificate or better
* Smart Phone
* Lusaka Based
JOB EXPERIENCE
None, Previous experience working as a sales agent is an added plus.
High school graduates can also apply.
SALARY
100% Commission based (Paid every week) very attractive commission and bonus structure.
