Job Description

• Effectively manage the delivery of ICT Services provided to Shared Services by external support providers
  
• Provide full range of technical assistance and team supervision in the area of server, network operations and administration
  
• Manage all aspects of user accounts and related security (access roles) issues
  
• Identify the need for new systems or re
  
• engineering of the existing systems
  
• Collect various statistics on the performance and reliability of server systems, and produce pertinent reports
  
• Organize and conduct periodic user training sessions to ensure effective use of Network Services
  
• Conduct frequent proactive/reactive security audits for the networks in order to reduce any likely hacking and disruption of systems

  Job Profile
  A0 in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or Information Technology or Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (.NET),LAMP/WAMP Framework or MCITP with 3 years of working experience or Master’s Degree Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering, Management Information System or Information Technology or Certifications in CCNA, MCSE, MCSD, MCTs (.NET),LAMP/WAMP Framework or MCITP with 1 year of working experience
