JOB DETAILS:
A reputable organization is looking for suitable candidates to fill the role of Distribution Officer. The candidate will be required to perform distribution duties, logistics, document business processes and requirements to implement the most effective solution for the customers.

Job Description
• Order handling “In house Sales”
• Responsible to administrate, coordinate and manage the customer product from point of shipping to delivery
• Overseeing logistics and administrative processes.
• Coordinate inventory and support the supply chain processes, manage budgets, and organize deliveries.
• Prepare, review documents, and provide administrative support.
• Follow-up inquiries to ensure delivery was completed.
• Data analytics, sales support, or marketing tasks.
• Implement delivery management strategies to meet client needs
• Be responsible for the unloading of outbound shipments, orderly stacking of products, and the picking of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest possible levels of quality
• Ensure that deadlines are met daily and improve delivery turnaround time
• Be responsible for managing time efficiently and effectively to coordinate workload and maintain operational intensity
• Coordinate the delivery workflow, communicating with key stakeholders to ensure all deliveries are complete and accurate
• Ensure that dispatch of delivery goods is also done timely.

The Essentials:
• Diploma in logistics , Purchases and Supply or equivalent
• Supply Chain Management experience
• 2 years of relevant work experience preferably working in Delivery company
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
