JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
To manage the effective distribution and visibility of products across agrodealers and direct market channels while achieving sales targets.
Job Description
- Distribute products to agrodealers and directly to farmers while achieving sales targets.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with new customers.
- Ensure product availability and display in retail outlets.
- Address customer queries related to pricing, stock, and delivery.
- Promote products through merchandising and support marketing activities.
- Handle basic reporting and administrative tasks related to distribution.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- A minimum 2-year Certificate in Agriculture or a related field.
- Sound product knowledge and good communication skills.
- Must possess a valid Class C1 driver’s license and be able to drive a 5-ton light truck.
