Responsibilities or duties

The District Project Officers (DPOs) will coordinate all field-level implementation of the SAFE CHILD project in their assigned district. The role ensures effective delivery of activities in collaboration with CSOs, schools, traditional leaders, children’s clubs, and district child-protection structures, in alignment with the Children’s Code Act. The DPO will lead community engagement, facilitate trainings, strengthen child participation structures, work closely with government stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate reporting of all district-level activities.
