JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update digital and physical records of stock and deliveries.
Use Excel to track inventory levels, generate reports, and perform analysis.
Manage inventory and physical records using SAP.
Ensure all inventory-related documents (e.g., purchase orders, invoices) are correctly filed and compliant with Warehouse standards.
Perform regular reconciliations of inventory data.
Assist with generating reports on inventory turnover and other key metrics.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock counts and timely document updates.

Requirements:
A degree in Accounting, Finance,Business Administartion or related field.
Strong knowledge of Excel and SAP.
Understanding of accounting principles related to inventory management.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
