Background
JECO Investment Zambia Limited, a licensed mining company, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions:
Dozer Operator (10 Positions)
Dozer Operator Vacancies
We seek ten experienced dozer operators to manage crawler dozers for haul road maintenance and dump area leveling. The ideal candidates will work independently and understand slope stability and safety berm construction.
Qualifications or Requirements
- 5 to 10 years experience operating crawler dozers in mining
- Valid Operator Certificate from TEVETA, ERB, or equivalent
- Experience in push loading, tripping, and dump management
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Valid Zambian National Registration Card (NRC)
- Valid Silicosis Certificate
- Knowledge of Mines and Minerals Act, Safety and Health Regulations
- Proven safety record with zero lost time incidents (LTI)
- Willingness to undergo medical, drug, and alcohol testing
- Ability to work in remote locations and on rotating shifts
- Medically fit for mining operations
