Responsibilities of the job

  • Monitoring and setting driver KPIs, including transit time, speed violations and convoy management.
  • Managing driver profiles and ensuring compliance with documentation in accordance with Company SOPs, RTSA regulations, and cross-border requirements.
  • Supervising driver behaviour and ensuring training aligns with Company standards.
  • Maintaining accurate driver records.
  • Implementing effective driver discipline and performance monitoring.
  • 6. Supporting driver retention initiatives.
  • Upholding high-level Safety Standards

Qualification & Skills

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience in logistics, managing a team.
  • Minimum of a Diploma in Logistics or a related field.
  • Membership with the Zambia Institute of Transport and Logistics.
  • Previous experience as a truck driver will be an added advantage.
  • Must be 30 years or older.
