Background

JM Turnkey Construction is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Driver to join our operations team in Ndola.

We are looking for a reliable individual with a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and vehicle maintenance to support our ongoing construction projects

Key Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid Class C or Class C1 Driver's License.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven, professional driving experience is essential.
• Must be between 30 and 40 years old.

Education:

• Excellent Grade 12 results.
• Must be fully literate (able to read and write proficiently in English).
• Proven ability and knowledge regarding basic vehicle maintenance, trouble-shooting, and daily inspection checks.
• Extensive knowledge of Ndola and surrounding Copperbelt road networks is a strict requirement.

• Safely transport goods, materials, and equipment to and from construction sites and suppliers within the Ndola region and occasionally to other provinces.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fuelled at all times.
• Maintain accurate logbooks of all trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards.
