• Valid PSV/Professional Driver’s Licence.
• Proven experience in passenger transportation.
• Good knowledge of Zambian routes and major towns.
• Clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit, disciplined, reliable, and responsible.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Previous bus/coach driving experience is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to their destinations.
• Observe road traffic rules and company policies.
• Maintain the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks before and after trips.
• Provide professional and respectful service to passengers.
• Report mechanical faults and incidents promptly.
• Ensure punctual departures and arrivals.
