Job Purpose
Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments.

Key Responsibilities
•Transporting clients from airport to hotel and vice versa.
•Carrying out vehicle maintenance checks.
•Delivering mail and packages to customers in a timely manner.
•Picking up office purchases or other administrative needs as directed.
•Utilizing navigation apps to find the most optimal route.
•Interacting with internal and external clients in professional conduct.
•Working at night and on weekends.
•Maintaining an organized travel schedule.
•Ensuring that vehicles have sufficient lubricants and petroleum and are always ready for use.
•Arranging for vehicle repairs when necessary.
•Updating monthly mileage records.
• Ensure vehicle logbooks are filled in accurately
•Ensure that all company vehicles are licensed
•Driving a variety of vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, buses and trucks.
•Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience
a) Professional Qualification:
•Grade 12 certificate
•Trade Certificate in relevant field.
•Valid Class C Drivers Licence

b) Work Experience:
•Minimum 2 years work experience in similar position

c)Skill Specifications:
•Extensive knowledge of the operating area.
•Physical strength.
•Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•Exceptional interpersonal skills.
•Good verbal communication.
