Nemchem International limited is seeking a Driver.

Responsibilities or duties

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods, equipment, and staff
• Ensure timely delivery and collection of materials to and from clients and branches
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of assigned vehicle
• Ensure proper loading, securing, and offloading of goods
• Adhere to all road traffic laws and company driving policies
• Maintain accurate delivery records, logbooks, and fuel usage reports
• Report any vehicle faults, accidents, or incidents immediately
• Assist with basic vehicle maintenance and coordination of servicing
• Follow all safety procedures, including company policies (e.g., no alcohol policy)

Qualifications or requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for vehicle type)
• Clean driving record
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance

• Ability to follow routes and delivery schedules

Experience needed

• Minimum of 6-10 years’ driving experience
