Zanaco Bank Plc is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals for the following job aimed at contributing to the Bank's strategic vision, in the Operations Division under the Facilities & Premises Management at Head Office - Support Functions:

Role Description

Job Purpose:

To provide logistical support towards attainment of fleet management service for ZANACO

• To compile all defects of motor vehicles to supervisors to facilitate repairs to avoid more damages to Bank motor vehicles.
• To make sure that all motor vehicles are kept clean to portray a good image of the Bank
• To ensure that all motor vehicles are properly checked things like, oil water, road license, vehicle fitness, brakes, lights etc and to make sure those motor vehicles are kept in roadworthy condition.
• To make sure that any road traffic accidents are reported to state police and supervisors. To comply with the law of the land to facilitate insurance claims as per our Bank Procedures.
• To ensure that take over and hand over forms for each particular motor vehicle are adhered to for accountability purposes.
• To drive all Bank motor vehicles outside/within the country and to ensure Bank assignments are fulfilled
• Any other responsibilities or (asks as maybe assigned management

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Education

• Grade Twelve with 5 O-levels
• Minimum class C license with no certificate restrictions

Professional: As required by function

Minimum Experience:

• 5 years experience in driving
• Knowledge of highway code

Certifications: Mechanics certificate
