? POSITION: Driving Instructor

? Location: Solwezi

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct both practical and theoretical driving lessons for students
• Teach students safe driving habits, defensive driving techniques and road safety regulations
• Assess students’ driving abilities and monitor their progress throughout training
• Prepare students for driving tests and ensure they meet required driving standards
• Carry out vehicle pre-trip inspections and ensure training vehicles are clean and roadworthy
• Maintain professionalism, patience and discipline during training sessions
• Keep accurate records of student attendance, lesson schedules and performance
• Report vehicle defects, incidents or maintenance requirements promptly
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company procedures and safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive learning environment for all students

Requirements

• Valid driver’s licence with good driving record
• Knowledge of Zambian road traffic rules and regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
• Mature, responsible and punctual
• Instructor or teaching experience will be an added advantage
• Defensive driving knowledge will be an added advantage
