Position: E-Commerce Manager.

Location: Lusaka.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, logistics, courier, or delivery operations.
• Experience in a courier or logistics environment is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of order fulfilment and delivery processes.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, filtering, sorting, and data analysis.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: associate degree
