About the Role: Education Program Coordinator
As an Education Program Coordinator at Northrise University, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing academic programs within the Faculty. This full-time position requires a dynamic individual committed to advancing educational excellence through effective coordination, collaboration, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop academic programs and curricula to meet evolving educational standards.
Provide support and guidance to faculty members and advise students to foster academic success.
Oversee administrative functions and promote community engagement initiatives.
Coordinate education programs and related academic activities to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with accreditation processes and uphold rigorous quality assurance standards.
Qualifications and Experience Required
Master’s Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Educational Leadership, or a closely related discipline.
PhD or EdD qualification is considered an advantage.
Possession of a recognized professional teaching certification.
At least five years of experience in higher education settings.
Minimum of two years’ experience specifically in teacher education.
Familiarity with competence-based education frameworks.
Understanding of accreditation and academic quality assurance processes.
Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills.
