JOB DETAILS:
Our client, in the energy industry, is seeking a reliable and skilled Electrical Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering. This role involves designing, developing, and overseeing the installation of electrical systems.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
• Design and develop electrical systems.
• Experience in the installation of electrical systems from start to finish.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for installations of electrical systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Perform detailed electrical calculations and simulations.
• Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Troubleshooting, programming and resolving of electrical issues.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of design processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients.

Desired Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Engineering Institution of Zambia license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering.
