About Us:
Skills to Live Zambia provides practical training that supports employment and business creation among youth. We are currently recruiting a skilled and certified Electrical Technology Trainer to lead our electrical vocational training program.

Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct theory and hands-on training in domestic and industrial electrical installation.
– Develop training modules in compliance with TEVETA guidelines.
– Evaluate student competencies and provide mentorship.
– Ensure electrical safety protocols and standards are strictly followed.
– Maintain workshop tools and training equipment.
– Engage with industry players to enhance trainee placement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

– TEVETA accredited Trainer and Assessor in Electrical Technology.
– Minimum of a Diploma or Craft in Electrical Technology or a related discipline.
– At least three (3) years of practical work experience in electrical installations.
– Vocational training/teaching experience is an added advantage.
– Competence in using electrical tools, interpreting technical drawings, and troubleshooting.
– Strong communication and mentorship capabilities.
– A passion for developing youth skills and enhancing employability.
