JOB DETAILS:
The Role
The incumbent will be will for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, control equipment, instrumentation, and preferably refrigeration systems within the poultry processing facility. A focus on safety, reliability, and food-grade compliance is essential.
Requirements
- Trade-qualified electrician diploma/Certificate
- Industrial license or trade test -recognized by Engineering Institute of Zambia
- 2+ years’ experience
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities.
- Team player with strong communication and record-keeping skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended shifts, and work in wet/cold environments common to poultry plants.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree
