Engineering Services Lead – Lusaka
Location: Lusaka
Reporting to: Operations Manager
The Engineering Services Lead will manage all engineering, maintenance, and project execution activities, ensuring that operations are safe, compliant, and cost-efficient. This role demands leadership in overseeing contractor management and maintaining industrial or infrastructure assets.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Membership in the Engineering Institution of Zambia (EIZ)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience, including 3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven skills in project execution, contractor oversight, and asset maintenance
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities

Level of Education: bachelor degree
