Position: Export Assistant
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Export Assistant to join our team and support our export, transport, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of transport and logistics processes, excellent administrative and coordination skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with suppliers, transporters, clearing agents, and international business partners in english and chinese.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist with day-to-day export operations.
- Communicate with Chinese-speaking suppliers, manufacturers, customers, and business partners.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics from suppliers through to final delivery.
- Liaise with transport companies, freight forwarders, clearing agents, shipping lines, and other logistics providers.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates on cargo movement and delivery schedules.
Key Requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and English – MUST HAVE.
- Good knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in fleet operations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience dealing with Chinese suppliers or companies in China will be an added advantage.
