We are recruiting!

Our Client, in the  lubricants and specialty automotive chemicals , is looking for an Export Manager to join their team in Lusaka, Zambia.

An Export Manager oversees the international shipment of goods, ensuring compliance with export regulations and optimizing logistics to meet business needs. Their role involves coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs officials to facilitate smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement export strategies to expand global markets.
• Ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and shipping companies.
• Manage customs documentation and ensure timely clearance of goods.
• Monitor export transactions and resolve shipping-related issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with international partners.
• Analyze market trends to identify new export opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of export regulations and trade compliance.
• Experience in supply chain management and logistics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
