Key Responsibilities:

• Overall In charge of FM operation of all Regions in the country, Responsible for field SLA & KPI adherence.
• In charge of FM subcontractor/teams Competence Development and growth, ensure that FM Comply to processes and procedures.
• Responsible for all Planned Work activities related to FM, manage and control all field related operational issues & agenda.
• Coordinate with NOC/NPM/RNO/3rd party teams for effective O&M operations and effective functioning of network
• Interface to the country customer and handle customer complaint of field maintenance work.
• Field maintenance delivery quality surveillance, control and improvement.
• Manage Network Risk using risk register. Keep proper track of the identified risks in field operations and ensure early closure of single point of failures

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or better in Telecommunications or a related field.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in telecom-specific domains.
• 4+ years of experience in field maintenance.

Professional Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of service delivery processes.

Project Management:

• Excellent project management skills.

Leadership and Communication:

• Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
