Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee payables and receivables management.
• Perform detailed bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial controls and efficient accounting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
• Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Professional accounting qualification: ACCA, CIMA, or ZICA (or finalist with strong experience).
• Minimum 3 years experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a tech or fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in management accounts preparation, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech savvy, with proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
