Our client in Kitwe is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team for a job vacancy within the financial industry.

Responsibilities:
• To be in charge of all finance functions of the company and upkeep of accounting books and records of the company, which should be kept continuously updated and to be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting.
• Assisting the Directors in improving the business processes, internal controls and assisting in designing and implementing new systems.
• Managing sales and banking on a daily basis and providing reports thereon to management.
• Managing day-to-day receivables and payables, ensuring payments to suppliers and business partners are made after due reconciliation of accounts in a timely manner.
• Preparing draft accounts to the satisfaction of the auditors and submitting them within fourteen days from the end of the financial year.
• Preparation of monthly management reports and submitting them to the Board of Directors within ten working days from the end of each month or as directed by them.
• Preparation and submission of all tax returns on a monthly basis.
• Preparing, checking and confirming payroll on a monthly basis.

Qualifications
• 5-7 years of experience in finance
• Must be an Associate member of ZICA, CIMA or ACCA
