JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and support business growth. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, financial planning, reporting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Prepare accurate financial reports and present insights to management.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Oversee cash flow management and financial risk analysis.
Support strategic decision-making by providing financial insights.
Manage and guide finance team members where applicable.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is an advantage).
5 years experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
