Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
Job Overview
The Fitters will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery within the manufacturing facility to minimize operational downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out mechanical repair and maintenance activities during assigned shifts.
- Maintain standby and auxiliary equipment in good working condition.
- Conduct preventive and annual maintenance activities as scheduled.
- Ensure achievement of plant-specific 5S, Top 5, Top 15, and Top 60 targets.
- Maintain high standards of equipment reliability and workplace safety.
Minimum Requirements
- Mechanical Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
- Minimum of 1–4 years’ experience in the food industry or related manufacturing industries.
- Hands-on experience in repairing pumps, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, and other mechanical equipment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance procedures and equipment safety
- Good understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental practices.
