The Food Processing superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities involved in the further processing of different fish products beyond the primary processing, including filleting, gutting & scaling, etc. He/she is responsible for achieving the targets required for the markets while maintaining high quality and hygiene standards.

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Technology of production and processing, Aquaculture, Fisheries Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a meat or fish processing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage production teams in a fast-paced, high-volume processing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and food safety management systems.
• Demonstrates knowledge of productivity, efficiency, and hygiene standards
