Roland Imperial Tobacco Company Limited is seeking for a motivated, energetic and target-driven individuals to join our Sales team as Foot Soldiers.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door and field sales activities.
• Identify and recruit new customers and sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell company products within assigned areas.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and retailers.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.
• Collect market information and provide feedback to management.
• Follow company sales procedures and policies.
• Account for all company stock and materials issued.

Requirements

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Certificate/Diploma in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be energetic, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing or field work will be an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work in different areas and travel within assigned territories.
• Must demonstrate honesty, discipline and commitment.
