Job Overview
The Forming Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining forming machines to ensure high-quality products are produced safely, efficiently, and to exact specifications. The role directly supports production targets while minimizing waste and machine downtime.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related engineering field is an advantage.
- Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively and stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
Experience needed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production engineering or machine operation role within a manufacturing environment.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
