JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for creative and reliable Graphic Designers to join our "Weekly Poster Program." This is an on-demand, non-permanent position perfect for designers looking to build their portfolio while earning extra income.

How it Works:

The Assignment: You will be assigned one or more weekly clients.

The Workload:

You will design exactly 4 posters per client every week.

The Pay:

You earn K200 per week, per client you handle.

1 Client = K200/week

2 Clients = K400/week

The more clients you handle efficiently, the more you earn.

Responsibilities:

• Create 4 high-quality social media/marketing posters per week for your assigned client(s).
• Adhere to client brand guidelines and project deadlines.
• Maintain open communication with the agency for revisions and approvals

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (specify preferred tools).
• Portfolio demonstrating prior poster or social media design work.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict weekly deadlines.
• Stable internet connection for remote delivery.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
