Customer Service:

Managing the front end of the store to ensure a positive, welcoming experience for customers entering and leaving.

Operational Oversight:

Supervising the sales floor, managing checkout, and managing customer inquiries.

Security & Loss Prevention:

Monitoring customer activity to prevent theft, often working in coordination with CCTV operators or acting as a loss prevention point of contact.

Staff Coordination:

Directing sales staff and ensuring efficiency during busy periods, such as opening new checkout aisles when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education:

Grade 12 certificate.

Experience:

Previous experience as a fronthend controller with experience in sales or hardware being an added advantage.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, accuracy in handling money, and the ability to work under pressure.

Location:

Residing in Lusaka.
