JOB DETAILS:
Garnet Hotels a newly established Hotel located along Kamloops road on Plot 14011,Handsworth Park, Lusaka,Zambia seeks the services of;
FRONT OFFICE OFFICER .

Duties;
• Ensure outstanding Customer at all times
• Courteously and accurately answers inquiries from potential guests
• Supervises Front office staff and ensure high level customer care.
• Ensure quotations and Invoices are prepared on time.
• Supervise daily staff shifts to ensure efficiency all the time.
• Allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking guest preferences and special requests.
• Build strong relationships and liaise with all other departmental heads especially housekeeping and reservations..
• Ensure all Hotel rooms are clean before guests check in.
• Train and follow up SOPs to ensure they are being implemented.
• Efficient operation of front office and suggest ways to improve the business with regards to reservations, guest complaints to ensure repeat business.

QUALIFICATION;
• Grade 12 certificate with 5(0)level credits or better.
• Diploma in Hotel Management, Degree an added advantage or related field
• 3 years experience at management level
