Role Overview:
The Future Leaders Programme Manager is responsible for the design, delivery, and evaluation of a high-potential leadership development program aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders. This role focuses on identifying talented individuals (youth/emerging professionals) and equipping them with the skills, networks, and experiences required to take on leadership roles within the organization, community, or industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Design & Curriculum:
- Design and continuously refine a blended learning curriculum focused on leadership theories, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, public speaking, and governance.
- Develop a robust recruitment and selection process to identify high-potential candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Create a structured pathway that includes workshops, mentoring, shadowing, and a capstone project.
2. Mentorship & Coaching:
- Recruit, train, and manage a pool of senior leaders (internal or external) to act as mentors and executive coaches for programme participants.
- Facilitate regular one-on-one matching and monitor the quality of mentoring relationships.
- Provide direct coaching and pastoral support to participants to ensure their well-being and engagement throughout the intensive program.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Alumni Management:
- Build relationships with corporate partners, public sector bodies, and academic institutions to provide guest lectures, site visits, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Establish and manage an alumni network to foster long-term connections, peer support, and ongoing leadership opportunities for graduates.
- Organize high-profile events, such as graduation ceremonies and networking receptions.
4. Governance & Reporting:
- Manage the programme budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Track participant progression (e.g., promotions, board appointments, further education) to measure the long-term impact of the programme.
- Prepare board-level reports and funding proposals to secure the programme’s sustainability.
Person Specification:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field. A coaching or mentoring qualification is highly desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or youth programme management. Experience in designing assessment centers or development centers is a plus.
Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal and facilitation skills. Ability to influence senior stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Passionate about developing others. High level of discretion and emotional intelligence.
