JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and report to the Contract Manager.
• Manage and mentor site staff, including foremen and laborers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates.

Qualifications:
• BSc. in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of on-site experience.
• Must be registered with a relevant professional body and possess a valid practicing license.

Skills:
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
