JOB DETAILS:
Requirements:
- Aligned with mission & values (ZBA & Baptist Community Church).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Plumbing, Electrical, general maintenance, gardening, solar/sewage systems.
- On-Site Manager: Manages property condition, grounds, contractors, tenant changes (including cleaning/renovations).
- Mandatory on-site residency for all critical emergencies
- Fluent in English for professional interaction.
Responsibilities (Key Areas)
- Facility Management: Maintenance of buildings, grounds, technical systems.
- Security & Emergency: 24/7 on-site response to security and critical property emergencies.
- Tenant & Admin: Managing tenant logistics, renovations, and property administration.

- Salary above statutory minimum wage.

- 1-year renewable contract.
